Join us in the Rocky Mountains for a cooperative weekend of music and dance twice a year - Spring MoonFest and Fall MoonFest (dates below).

It is a weekend of traditional music and dance, a place to meet new people, share friendship, learn something new, share what we know, and have a lot of fun.

It is in the Rocky Mountains at the Colorado Mountain Ranch, located 45 minutes west of Boulder, just outside of Gold Hill. The Colorado Mountain Ranch is at 8,200 ft and provides beautiful scenery, hiking trails and ample facilities.

Only $100 Per adult ($90 early registration before June 29) plus one chore for the whole weekend, $50 per child 4-15 years of age, free for tots 3 and under. Pre-registration required. Everyone must be registered, including the little ones, free or not. The MoonFest is a cooperative weekend. Everyone helps out by doing one 3-hour chore--this helps to keep costs down, and it's a great way for people to get to know each other.

     Food

Accommodations
Accommodations are co-ed, dorm style cabins with bunk beds (first come, first served), or bring a tent for camping. The main lodge has wood dance floors on the first and third floors. Workshops are located throughout the camp. There is a CHILDREN'S CO-OP run by the parents and an organizing committee. A detailed follow-up letter will be sent to all parents with children attending. Menus are designed to satisfy almost any diet, with special food needs in mind. There are five hearty meals, Friday potluck and delightful snacks served during the evening.

What To Bring
Musical instruments, songs, laughter, dancing shoes, flashlight, sleeping bag, favorite coffee mug, warm clothes, and the kids.
